By the end of the fellowship, participants will be equipped with the essential knowledge to perform hair restoration procedures and manage patients effectively.

  • Overview of Hair Transplant Techniques: Gain an in-depth understanding of the two primary techniques—FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) and FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction)—and their respective applications in hair restoration.

  • Basic Graft Extraction and Implantation: Perform hands-on graft extraction and implantation techniques under expert guidance, building essential skills for successful hair transplant procedures.

  • Patient Selection and Assessment: Learn how to evaluate patients for hair restoration, focusing on key factors such as donor area quality, hair type, and managing patient expectations for optimal results.

This program is open to Non-Korean medical professionals ONLY with a valid practicing license in their respective home countries. The registration will be auto-canceled should the physician's medical license be issued under the country of South Korea.

Jae Hyun PARK, M.D., South Korea

Dr. Park Jae Hyun is a renowned plastic surgeon and the Chief Medical Director at Dana Plastic Surgery Clinic in Seoul, celebrated for his pioneering work in hair restoration. He has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Platinum Follicle Award from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) in 2022 and the Best Presentation Award from the Korean Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (KSHRS) multiple times from 2014 to 2024. An active contributor to the field, Dr. Park has authored key publications such as "Practical Aspects of Hair Restoration Surgery in Asians" (2018) and frequently serves as a keynote speaker at international conferences. His memberships in professional organisations include KSHRS (2011-2026), ISHRS (2007-2024), and the Asian Association of Hair Restoration Surgeons (AAHRS), underscoring his influence and dedication to advancing hair restoration techniques.
