Korean Advanced Facial Aesthetic Surgeries - Advanced Asian Blepharoplasty
This mini fellowship offers a rare opportunity to observe live surgeries in our faculty’s clinic and OR, focusing on upper and lower eyelid aesthetic surgery for Caucasian and Asian patients. Participants will gain specialized skills in periorbital assessment, sutures versus incisional methods, and techniques such as double eyelid crease creation, ptosis correction, transblepharoplasty corrugator resection, medial and lateral canthoplasty, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, and advanced complication management.

Aesthetic surgery of the upper eyelids is one of the most commonly performed cosmetic surgeries in Oriental countries. There is also an increasing number of Oriental patients seeking aesthetic eyelid surgery in North America and other Western countries.

An IFAAS Mini Fellowship certificate will be issued to you at the end of the program.

Registration Includes
Full workshop documentation, tea breaks and lunch only.
Transport and accommodation are not included. Participants are required to make their own travel arrangements.
Pre-Reading Materials
Upon successful registration, a pre-reading list and videos will be distributed prior to the training.
Faculties
Moon Seop Choi, MD, South Korea
Dr. Moonseop Choi is a board-certified plastic surgeon who graduated from The Catholic University of Korea. He is currently the director of Grace Plastic Surgery Clinic and attending assistant professor at Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital, Seoul, Korea. He is the member of The Korean Society of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons and The Korean Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. He is specialized in blepharoplasty, breast surgery, and minimally invasive surgery. He is also an active member of Academic Affairs of Blepharoplasty, Breast surgery, and Filler, Botox, and Thread group in the Korean Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has given many lectures globally including Korea, China, Thailand, Brazil and so on and written a part of textbook “Aesthetic Plastic Surgery”(2014, 2016) and “Safe guide for filler injection"(2017).
Soo-Kwang Yoon, MD, South Korea
Dr. Soo-Kwang Yoon is the Founder and Chief Surgeon of LOG Plastic Surgery Clinic, specializing in advanced aesthetic procedures such as upper blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, and facelifts. With over 14 years of clinical experience, he has held notable positions, including Deputy Director at FACE Plastic Surgery Clinic, where he focused on eyelid surgery and facial aesthetics. A board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Yoon earned his M.D. and M.Med. from Chung-Nam National University and is an active member of several prestigious plastic surgery societies, including the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (KSPRS) and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Known for his innovative techniques and dedication to patient safety, Dr. Yoon remains at the forefront of aesthetic surgery in South Korea.

Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty – Level 2: Incisional & Advanced Techniques
This advanced course equips experienced practitioners with in-depth training in incisional blepharoplasty and periorbital rejuvenation. Through lectures, video demonstrations, live cadaver surgeries, and hands-on cadaver practice, participants will master incisional techniques, advanced procedures, and complication management, gaining comprehensive expertise in aesthetic eyelid surgery.
